Das alteingesessene Punkrocklabel People Like You bringt am 22.01.2007 die dritte Auflage ihrer "Bad Boys For Live" DVD-Reihe an den Start. Mit dabei sind u.a. THE BONES, DEMENTED ARE GO, ROGER MIRET AND THE DISASTERS und die HEARTBREAK ENGINES. Einen ersten Eindruck kann man sich mit diesem Trailer holen.
Die alten Herren von MEGADEATH haben den Song "Gears Of War" vom neuen, kommenden Album "United Abominations" onlinegestellt. Das Album soll im Frühjahr 2007 erscheinen.
MEGADEATH Gitarrist Glen Dover erzählt von den Aufnahmen im Studio: "As I write this letter to you, Dave [Mustaine] is recording some of the vocals for the new album and he is sounding great! We are all having a great time here finishing up the tracks for this album here in California and the weather is awesome! As for myself, I have done a few solo pieces, which I am very happy with. Lots of crazy solos on this album, people!"

COLDWORKER haben ihre Teilnahme an der für Februar geplanten Europatour mit MISERY INDEX und NECROPHAGIST aufgrund von Terminschwierigkeiten absagen müssen.
Drummer Anders (ex-NASUM) in einem Statement:
"´Unfortunately COLDWORKER have to cancel the European tour with NECROPHAGIST and MISERY INDEX due to work-releated reasons. This is a very sad thing as we were psyched about the tour, the bands and the route, but unfortunately we got struck by a very hard case of bad timing, forcing us to drop out of the tour after it was announced.
"We like to point out that the cancellation has nothing to do with the band or the other bands, neither the booking agency nor our record label. There is no argument of any kind involved. Hopefully we can schedule a new European tour in the late spring/early summer.""
HIMSA haben einen Deal bei Century Media unterschrieben und werden den Nachfolger ihres 2006er Albums "Hail Horror" im nächsten Jahr dort veröffentlichen.

"I´m extremely happy to announce that "Error In Evolution" is completely done. I mean 100 god damn % done!!!
We did a classic 24 hour mixdown the last day. It was so exhausting. We did some adjustements and then we analyzed and it continued like that during the whole morning,day,evening,night aaaand morning again:-) The panic came under the skin and things started to look dark. We had an appointment with Dragan at Bohus studio at 09:00. We were done with the mixing at studio Deadline at 10:30. U.P.S. needed the master at 18:00 to be able to deliver it to Nuclear Blast on monday, the very last day to deliver, hehe."
