BiografieThe idea to approach Old Norse literature and art in a musically and lyrically sophisticated way gave birth to Árstíðir lífsins ('the seasons of life') which was founded in 2008. The band consists of known and experienced members from bands such as German Helrunar, Kerbenok and Icelandic band Carpe Noctem.
NOTE: It goes without saying that it is not the aim of this band to be affiliated with any politically charged scene within Metal, in particular NSBM. Árstiðir lífsins wants to present itself as an intelligently crafted work of art independent from any narrow-minded dogma.
