BiografieSons of Tonatiuh was conceived on 4/25/08 in a ditch by the side of a dirt road. The concept behind SOT consists of recognizing where we as a human race came from, what it means to be immortal, and how important it is to understand the history of the native world.



Here's the breakdown.... Sons of Tonatiuh is currently composed of Dan, Mike, and Tim. Back in Aug of '08 Mike Longoria (Withered) recorded our first four song demo. In March of '09 SOT did a 1 week tour up the East coast and then in Sept of '09 we did a 2 week tour out to the West coast and back. Between March 13-15th of 2010, we recorded 8 songs over at the Jam Room in Columbia SC with Jay Matheson behind the slaying board. Limited pressing of 500 12" vinyl has been released as of May 2010.
