Biografieetribution began playing in February 2002. All members are from Piteå, Sweden. We had been rehearsing since Autumn 2001, but when Joel joined the band we got more serious. At that point Hans played bass and sang, Rickard and Joel played guitar and Erik played drums. After a while Hans and Erik changed positions, which left Hans with the drumsticks and Erik with the bass. We kept on playing and recorded our first demo, "Archaic Warfare", in the middle of July 2002. By then Erik had quit the band and Hans sang, played drums and bass while Rickard and Joel played guitar. As autumn began, two more members were recruited, Fredrik Nyman - vocals and Kristoffer Bäckström - bass.
