DISGUSTING PERVERSION
BiografieDisgusting Perversion ist eine Death Metal Band aus Kaufbeuren, Bayern. Der Musikstil bedient sich der Elemente des frühen Death Metal.
Geschichte:
Die Grundsteine für die Band wurden 2013 als Solo-Projekt von Tobias Ruf gelegt.
In der ersten Besetzung spielten Claus Schubert (Gitarre), Tobias Ruf (Gitarre, Programmiertes Schlagzeug), Klaus Bergmann (Bass), Stefan Brun (Gesang) und Robin Kohler (Schlagzeug).
2013 nahm man einen Song für einen Sampler auf, welcher aber nie in dieser Besetzung veröffentlicht wurde.
Nach den Aufnahmen verließen Stefan Brun und Robin Kohler die Band, da es Unstimmigkeiten in Bezug auf Art und Weise des Songwritings gab.
Den freien Gesangsposten übernahm ab 2014 Stefan Bauer. Da man keinen Ersatz am Schlagzeug fand, bediente man sich eines Drum Computers.
Daran hat sich in den kommenden Jahren erstmal nichts verändert. 2014 bis Ende 2015 spielten sie einige Gigs mit Bands wie Running Death, Indestructible, Anarchos, Entera, Revel in Flesh, Rogash, Ichorid und Contamination.
2015 Veröffentlichte die Band ihre erste EP “Morbid Obsessions”, die bei Winterwolf Records erschien.
Im selben Jahr verließ Claus Schubert die Band; Simon Hörmann übernahm fortan die Rhythmus Gitarre.
Die erste Show im Ausland spielte Disgusting Perversion 2016 in Reutte (Österreich).
Im November des Jahres 2016 fand man in Marcus Nagel nach langer Suche endlich einen neuen Schlagzeuger.
Auf dem Aaargh Festival 2017 spielte die Band dann ihr erstes Open Air Konzert.
Der letzte Auftritt im Jahr 2017 war für die Band eine besondere Ehre, da sie mit der Death Metal Band Revel in Flesh in Aalen auftreten konnten. Ebenfalls an diesem Konzert beteiligt waren die Bands Incarceration und Goath.
Seit dem Jahr 2018 setzt die Band ihren Fokus ganz auf die Aufnahmen für das erste Studioalbum.
Im November 2019 spielte die Band auf dem Piece of Loin Festival in Metzingen bereits unveröffentlichtes Material des kommenden Albums.
Anfang 2020 verlies Klaus Bergmann die Band aus persönlichen Gründen. Er wurde ersetzt durch Andreas Gabriel. Im Juni des Jahres 2020 wurde das erste Album der Band veröffentlicht.
Musikstil:
Der Stil kann als gitarrenbetonter Old School Death Metal, beeinflusst durch Bands wie Death, Grave oder Bolt Thrower bezeichnet werden.

History:
The foundation stones for the band were laid in 2013 as a solo project by Tobias Ruf.
The first cast consisted of Claus Schubert (guitar), Tobias Ruf (guitar, programmed drums), Klaus Bergmann (bass), Stefan Brun (vocals) and Robin Kohler (drums).
In 2013 they recorded a song for a sampler, which was never released with this lineup.
After the recordings, Stefan Brun and Robin Kohler left the band, as there were disagreements regarding the way the songwriting was done.
Stefan Bauer took over the free vocal position in 2014. Since there was no substitute for the drums, they used a drum computer.
Nothing has changed in the coming years. From 2014 to the end of 2015 they played several gigs with bands like Running Death, Indestructible, Anarchos, Entera, Revel in Flesh, Rogash, Ichorid and Contamination.
In 2015, the band released their first EP “Morbid Obsessions”, which was released on Winterwolf Records.
In the same year Claus Schubert left the band; Simon Hörmann took over the rhythm guitar.
The first show abroad played Disgusting Perversion 2016 in Reutte (Austria).
In November of the year 2016 the band finally found a new drummer in Marcus Nagel after a long search.
At the Aaargh Festival 2017 the band played their first open air concert.
The last appearance in 2017 was a special honor for the band because they were allowed to perform with the death metal band Revel in Flesh in Aalen. Also involved in this concert were the bands Incarceration and Goath.
The band’s focus since 2018 will be entirely on the recordings for the first studio album.
In November 2019 the band played unreleased material of their upcoming album at the Piece of Loin Festival in Metzingen, Germany.
At the beginning of 2020, Klaus Bergmann left the band for personal reasons. He was replaced by Andreas Gabriel. In june 2020 the first album was released.
Music Style:
The style can be described as guitar-heavy old school Death Metal influenced by bands like Death, Grave and Bolt Thrower.
