BiografieLeprasy was founded in 2003 by drummer David and guitarist Mike (bassplayer in Putrid Inbred). After intense songwriting and rehearsing former Ectopia member Roy joined them on the bass and the backing vocals halfway 2004.
Soon Roy convinced Peutie; singer of Putrid Inbred; to join the trio on vocals . By then they were looking for a decent bandname and after a while of being know as Bloodlust they changed name to Leprasy.
The band gigged with the new lineup and shared the stage with acts as: Cliteater, Leng Tch´e, Exposed Guts, Rompeprop, Putrid Inbred, Serial Butcher,...
By the end of 2005 the band had enough new material to record their first cd "Morbid Pathologist" (Second Test Recording Studio, Desselgem). Some labels were contacted and finally Rotten To The Core released the brutal disc. Leprasy is currently working on their second opus
