"Der Text von "Nightdrive" basiert auf der Idee einer Verfolgungsjagd und den verschiedenen Emotionen, die der Verfolgte während dieser Verfolgung erlebt: von Angst und Panik über einen Adrenalinstoß und einen Hoffnungsschimmer bis hin zu einem abrupten Ende. Der Drive dieses Songs vermittelt das Gefühl, gejagt zu werden und sich gestresst, panisch und hilflos zu fühlen."
"Shadow People" wird am 14.10.2022 bei Massacre Records erscheinen und als Jewel Case-CD sowie in digitalen Formaten erhältlich sein. Hier kann man das Album bereits vorbestellen.

The modern hard rock outfit MY OWN GHOST has released "Nightdrive", the first single from their upcoming album "Shadow People", today.

"The lyrics to "Nightdrive" are based on the idea of a car chase, and the different emotions the haunted person experiences during this pursuit: from fear and panic, an adrenaline rush and a glimmer of hope, and the chase finding an abrupt end. This song's drive conveys this feeling of being hunted and feeling stressed, panicked and helpless."
"Shadow People" is scheduled to be released on October 14, 2022 via Massacre Records, and will be available as Jewel Case CD as well as in digital formats - you can already pre-order it here.
