DARK MILLENNIUM - Artwork der kommenden digitalen Single
DARK MILLENNIUM zelebrieren ihr 30-jähriges Jubiläum mit etwas Besonderem - einer Neuaufnahme des Titelsongs ihres Demos "The Apocryphal Wisdom", welche digital am 04. Juni 2021 erscheinen wird.
Für das 13 Minuten lange Werk hat man sich tatkräftige Unterstützung geholt: Als Gastsänger sind Marc Grewe (INSIDIOUS DISEASE, ex-MORGOTH), Alexander Krull (ATROCITY, LEAVES' EYES) sowie Christian Müller (NIGHT IN GALES) und Torsten Hoeltge (ex-DARK MILLENNIUM) mit von der Partie. Yannic Mertens, Sohn von DARK MILLENNIUMs Leadsänger Christian, debütiert mit einem Gastsolo.
Die digitale Single wird zusammen mit einem Video veröffentlicht werden.

Das Cover-Artwork der digitalen Single ist eine überarbeitete Version des von Torsten Hoeltge handgezeichneten Artworks, welches das Cover der in 1991 erschienenen Kassette des "The Apocryphal Wisdom"-Demos zierte.

DARK MILLENNIUM will celebrate their 30th anniversary with something special - a re-recorded version of the title song of their demo "The Apocryphal Wisdom" that is set to be released on June 4th 2021.
The 13-minutes-long song features guest vocals by Marc Grewe (INSIDIOUS DISEASE, ex-MORGOTH), Alexander Krull (ATROCITY, LEAVES' EYES) as well as Christian Müller (NIGHT IN GALES) and Torsten Hoeltge (ex-DARK MILLENNIUM). Yannic Mertens, son of the band's lead singer Christian Mertens, contributes a guest solo.
The song's digital single will be accompanied by an official video, set to be released on the same day the single drops.

The cover artwork of the upcoming digital single is a reworked version of the hand-drawn cover by Torsten Hoeltge that graced the cover of the cassette of the "The Apocryphal Wisdom" demo, originally released in 1991.
