Das kommende AMON AMARTH Album wird "Fate Of Norns" heißen. Die Band sagte zur Namensfindung: "Finally, after long consideration, we have decided the title of the new album. The title will be "FATE OF NORNS", referring to the three Norns - or "godesses of fate" - Urd, Skuld and Verdandi who in Scandinavian mythology sits at the root of Yggdrasil - the world tree - weaving the fate of every man."

Das am 6.September erscheinende Album wirds Tracks wie "An Ancient Sign of Coming Storm", "The Fate Of Norns", "Arson", "Sealed In Blood" oder "The Valkyries Ride" enthalten. Die Band beginnt am 17.Mai mit den Aufnahmen im Malmö.
