Das dritte Album von DEVILDRIVER wird den Namen "The Last Kind Words" tragen. Die Aufnahmen in den Sonic Ranch Studios sind bereits beendet, an den Reglern saßen Jason Suecof (Trivium, Chimaira, God Forbid) und Mark Lewis.

Dez Fafara dazu: "In a time when most bands are trying to be Metallica, Pantera, or Iron Maiden, we have made sure our sound is exclusively DevilDriver. The songs are faster and more riffy than on The Fury Of Our Maker´s Hand, and there are also more solos. But with all the same groove that makes DevilDriver different. Working with Jason and Mark has been great. They know how to capture the vibe of this band."
