Nach 12 einhalb Jahren hat Schlagzeuger Kai Hahto die finnischen Grinder ROTTEN SOUND verlassen, um sich "mehr um seine Familie und seine zweite Band WINTERSUN" kümmern zu können. Ersetzt wird er durch Sami Latva, der schon vor zwei Wochen dazugestoßen ist und nebenbei bei DEATHBOUND knüppelt. Kommentar der Band zum Schlagstock-Wechsel:

"We are very excited about this change because Sami is highly motivated, extremely talented and very good friend of ours. He already learned to play 20+ songs for our live set during this time and is also joining us actively in the creation of the EP songs. Other members of ROTTEN SOUND can assure everyone that you have to scrape your brains off the walls also in future. And some other organs too, if you even survive his blasting at all!"
