Nachdem TAAKE von allen Festival-Billings geflogen sind, für die sie bestätigt waren und Twilight den Vertrieb ihrer CDs in Deutschland eingestellt hat, geht nun auch ihr Plattenlabel, Dark Essence Records, auf Distanz:

"DARK ESSENCE VS TAAKE

In the last days, there´s been a lot of controversy around Taake, because of an extremely stupid stunt at one of their gigs in Germany. In case somebody wonders, Dark Essence Records has NOTHING to do with the swastika scandal in Essen, and don´t support that at all. Hoest takes all responsiblities for his actions, and all questions regarding this incident should be directed to him.

Because of this, Taake won´t play at any of the festivals that were confirmed, and Twilight has stopped selling the band´s titles."
