Die Band wird ihre US Tour wohl verschieben müssen. Direkt nach der Ankunft von der Europatour wurde Sänger Brett Hoffman verhaftet und sitzt schon seit Anfang März im Gefängnis. Die Strafe ist auf 60 Tage angesetzt! Ihr Gitarrist Phil Fasciana gab folgendes Statement ab: "On behalf of myself and the rest of the band,Malevolent Creation would like to apologise to all the promoter s, venue s, the band s and to our booking agency and fan s invol ved in making this tour happen. We cannot do this tour without vocalist Brett H offman,and we will re schedule a new tour for the end of summer (July, August). We are all upset about this set back, but I ´m sure when we hit the road later in the summer, it will be crushing!"
