IRON MAIDEN haben die Verlegung ihres Duisburg-Gigs am 17.Juni im Rahmen ihrer "A Matter Of The Beast Summer Tour 2007" bekannt gegeben. Das Konzert wird demnach nicht mehr in der MSV Arena in Duisburg stattfinden, sondern stattdessen im ISS Dome in Düsseldorf. Folgende Begründung wurde dafür angegeben:



"In order to give their fans the full Maiden experience the band cannot accept a noise level restriction. Because the MSV Arena is located in a residential area, the air pollution caused by leisure events has to be reduced to an unacceptable level. Therefore the promoter has decided to move to Düsseldorf.

By moving indoors the fans will now have the advantage of seeing not only the entire Iron Maiden production but also the full light shows of all supports - In Flames, Papa Roach, Mastodon and Lauren Harris - that are not affected by daylight any more."
