Nach sieben Jahren haben sich DIABOLIC aufgrund des ""business development" aufgelöst. Urmitglied Brian Malone hat dazu ein Statement auf der Hompage der Floridianer abgegeben:

"This decision in no way reflects upon the professionalism and personalities of the current members of DIABOLIC (Eric Hersemann – guitars, Gael Barthelemy – drums, Sean Baxter – bass/vocals). To say that it has been a pleasure to work with these dedicated and talented musicians would be an extreme understatement. It´s been an honor and my appreciation has no end. And though I know that they will succeed to their fullest potential, it is regrettable that circumstances dictate that things must end now. Any fan of metal will know to follow and support anything that they do in the future."
