Dez Fafara, Sänger von DEVILDRIVER, hat auf der MySpace.com Seite der Band angekündigt, dass mit einem neuen Album im Sommer 2007 gerechnet werden kann. Live will die Band bereits früher wieder zu sehen sein.

Im O-Ton Fafaras:
"Fuck yea!!! Here´s what´s happening: We´ve been writing and have more than enough material to go in the studio. The band is going to Mike´s [Spreitzer, guitar] today to lay the last song down on his computer so I can begin my writing on it. Stay tuned for an anouncement of who we are using to produce the next record. We enter the studio, Sonic Ranch, in El Paso Texas on November 13th and will be tracking by the 14th. We will work up ´till Christmas, then come home. The music will be recorded in Texas, and I will be doing vocals here in our hometown of Santa Barbara on about January 7th or 8th. The mix will begin in February and March..."
