"European Tour Cut Short Due To Illness

The Arcade Fire have cancelled 9 dates on their current European Tour. Win Butler has been fighting a sinus infection since the beginning of this year and has simply been unable to get back to full health. With the constant demands on his voice from touring it has reached the stage today where he simply cannot sing. Due to future touring plans, it is unlikely that these shows will be rescheduled until later this year."
