Biografie The Austrian-French Group Thirdmoon has been founded in the year 1994 by Wolfgang Rothbauer with the atmospheric inspiration of aggressive melodic Metal. The debut album “Grotesque Autumnal Weepings” (CCP Records) has been released in the year 1997. The second album “Aquis Submersus” has been released on Napalm Records in the year 1999 and is more Dark-Metal oriented! With the third album called “Bloodforsaken” (2000, Napalm Records), Thirdmoon walked more into aggressive melodic Death-Metal without losing the typical characteristic elements of Thirdmoon (for example: Spanish acoustic parts)! In Spring 2000 Thirdmoon has been on Tour with the well known German Black-Metal Group Eisregen, and lots of concerts and big festivals (for example: the Wave Gothic Meeting in Leipzig Germany) followed and formed the success of the third album “Bloodforsaken”. After some personal and other problems, Thirdmoon is back with their most powerful and energetic album called “Sworn Enemy: Heaven” Thirdmoon is always on search (and also happy for inviting) for Gigs all over Europe!Third Moon

"Sworn Enemy: Heaven" war nach langer Zeit mal wieder ein Album der Österreicher THIRD MOON, das bei mir angeflattert kam - und hat mir auf Anhieb gefallen! Die Band präsentiert sich als eine der besten Melodic Death-Truppen ihres Landes und dürfte enttäuschten IN FLAMES-Jünger sehr gefallen.
